Kontinental Kitchen Supplies are based in West Dublin and are a leading supplier of kitchen appliances and accessories. They rely heavily on their IT systems for the day to day running of their business, recording orders, deliveries, invoicing, etc.

KKS took up one of Nero Networks managed service agreements to monitor and support their systems. We daily monitor the office network reading through all the log files trying to identify potential problems.
